PasWord Protection seeks a well-rounded Emergency Response Operator for its Hamilton operating team. The position supports alarm systems, camera systems, and card entry systems. Duties include troubleshooting with clients, dispatching authorities, qualifying inbound calls, and reporting directly to the Monitoring Station Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Process alarm system events accurately
Dispatch authorities and provide event notifications
Field and qualify inbound calls
Place alarm systems on and off test
Conduct video guard tours and response
Requirements: Availability for rotating 12-hour continental shifts
Availability for both day and night shifts
Ability to troubleshoot with clients
Ability to work from Hamilton office
Well-rounded approach to security operations
Support PasWord Protection’s Hamilton monitoring operations through alarm processing, dispatch, client troubleshooting, and video response.
