This Demolition Estimator prepares competitive estimates and proposals for an established construction company. The work requires demolition methods, project costing, tender preparation, and practical project handovers. You will assess risks, interpret construction documents, and coordinate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed demolition estimates, proposals, and bid submissions
Review drawings, specifications, DSS reports, and tender documents
Complete quantity takeoffs and assess project costs
Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings
Support handovers, revisions,



change orders, and cost reviews
Requirements: Previous demolition estimating experience developing detailed project pricing
Solid knowledge of demolition methods, equipment, productivity, and logistics
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, DSS reports, and tenders
