Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager supports all aspects of store operations. You will optimize sales results, promote positive shopping experiences, and lead operational efficiency across the sales floor and digital platforms. The position also supports inventory management, visual presentation, and merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations
Lead teams to optimize sales and operational efficiency
Promote positive customer experiences across store channels




Process shipments and replenish the sales floor
Fulfill eCom orders and manage inventory activities
Requirements: High school diploma; business education is an asset
Two years of management experience, preferably in fashion
Passion for fashion and customer-oriented approach
Solid organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills
Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
