Role title: SuccessFactors Payroll Support Consultant

Location:

Client is Open to candidates anywhere in Canada, with travel to Fredericton, NB every 5–8 weeks as required; travel expenses covered by Deloitte per its travel policy.

Description:

- Work with Payroll Lead to configure the client’s requirements in EC Payroll, recommend configuration solutions and support end to end payroll process design
- Support payroll testing, reconciliation, defect resolution and deployment readiness activities
- Collaborate with EC, Time Management, and technical teams to validate requirements, review configuration options, and recommend standard SAP functionality where possible.
- Support integration testing between Payroll, Time Tracking, Employee Central, Perks, and third-party systems to ensure accurate end-to-end processing.
- Prepare and maintain configuration documentation including but not limited to workbooks, functional specifications, etc.
