This full-time temporary Registered Nurse chance suits nurses with specialized General Internal Medicine education and experience. You will care for frail elderly, stroke, addictions, marginalized, and homeless populations. The practice emphasizes patient-centred care, clinical reasoning, and inter-professional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Provide holistic, culturally appropriate, evidence-based patient care
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
Coordinate care activities with inter-professional teams
Educate patients and families using effective teaching strategies




Document care and contribute to discharge planning
Requirements: Current General Class registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Current CPR or BLS certification
Minimum two years' acute care medicine experience
Experience supporting vulnerable populations, elder care, and stroke management
Excellent clinical reasoning, communication, and de-escalation skills
Support complex patient care through general internal medicine expertise, collaborative planning, clinical judgment, and compassionate nursing practice.
