Collins Aerospace seeks a Process Technician for S-Nickel plating on the Weekend Nights shift. Reporting to the Plating and Processing Supervisor, you will prepare aircraft components, maintain tanks and tooling, and develop work techniques meeting customer specifications. The position supports production demand within the Advanced Structures team.
Key Responsibilities: Plate and mask aircraft components to customer specifications
Prepare components, tanks, chemistry, and associated tooling
Maintain tank preventive maintenance schedules
Prepare, mask, and lacquer components as required




Coordinate priorities and process issues across operators and shifts
Requirements: High school diploma and three to five years’ relevant experience
Process Engineering degree may replace relevant plating experience
Measure using equipment, tools, calipers, and Elcometers
Read blueprints and use various hand tools
Eligibility to work in Canada and meet ITAR and CCGP requirements
Bring S-Nickel plating, blueprint interpretation, and measurement skills to Collins Aerospace’s onsite Oakville production team.
