Apply mechanical and electrical expertise as a Field Technical Service Representative supporting Besser equipment worldwide. Provide hands-on service, installation, troubleshooting, and customer training.
At Besser Company, this Technical Service Representative supports the Installation department and reports to the Technical Service Manager. The work covers maintenance, equipment installation, troubleshooting, upgrades, and paid services. You will communicate with customers, prepare service documentation, and support Besser product performance.
Key Responsibilities: Provide hands-on technical assistance during and after installations
Install equipment, upgrades, and specific paid services
Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance
Complete service reports, call cards,



and expense reports
Prepare service and parts proposals through the business system
Requirements: Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or equivalent field experience preferred
Two years of related experience preferred
Electrical and mechanical experience preferred
Willingness to travel worldwide, including last-minute requests
Ability to lift a minimum of 100 pounds
Bring mechanical, electrical, installation, and customer training capabilities to Besser Company’s worldwide technical service work.
