You assign tasks, monitor productivity, prepare reports, and support drivers and warehouse staff. The position serves last-mile logistics operations through reliable service, organized workflows, and customer-focused issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities: Enforce Health & Safety protocols and safe working methods
Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management
Generate next-day route plans and optimization emails
Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and enforce SOP compliance




Coach drivers and warehouse staff, including current hires
Requirements: Ability to conduct safety audits and warehouse checks
Ability to supervise warehouse traffic and vehicle movements
Ability to support sorting, scanning, and package processing
Ability to maintain delivery, incident, and inventory logs
Ability to address complaints, damages, and lost packages
