Assemble metal components at DIRTT’s Calgary facility using hand tools, measurements, and basic drawings. This is a full-time, on-site position.
As a Manufacturing Team Member in Metal Shop, you will support production by preparing materials and assembling quality metal products. You will inspect components, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain production flow. The schedule requires 12-hour rotating shifts, four days on and four days off.
Key Responsibilities: Assemble metal components efficiently with production team members
Inspect components and finished goods for defects
Interpret basic drawings, specifications, and bills of materials
Measure components for proper fit and alignment
Maintain protected workspaces while using required PPE
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Manufacturing or assembly experience is an asset
Comfort using hand and measuring tools
Basic computer skills for reporting and tracking
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
Bring careful assembly, measurement, troubleshooting, and safety skills to DIRTT’s Metal Shop in Calgary.
