In this full-time Hematology position, you will coordinate daily laboratory operations and quality control. You will prioritize work, troubleshoot instruments, assess findings, and support technical procedures. The role also includes quality assurance, staff coaching, training coordination, and operational scheduling.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate, prioritize, monitor, and assign hematology work
Participate in standard and specialized laboratory procedures
Assess abnormal findings and communicate them appropriately
Perform and document quality control and assurance practices




Create schedules and coordinate bench rotations
Requirements: Accredited Medical Laboratory Technology program completion
Active or eligible CMLTA registration and practice permit
Minimum three years hematology experience within five years
Extensive hematology and coagulation methodology knowledge
Solid communication, analytical, prioritization, and computer skills
Use hematology expertise, quality practices, and operational coordination to support reliable testing at Foothills Medical Centre.
