Industrial Millwright work centers on machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs under the Technical Services Manager’s guidance. Shift structure is to be determined.
This Industrial Millwright installs, maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. The work includes blueprint interpretation, machinery assembly, preventive maintenance, and equipment inspections. The role also supports safe, efficient operations by minimizing downtime and improving productivity.
Key Responsibilities: Install, move, assemble, troubleshoot, and repair machinery
Perform planned preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and manuals
Fabricate, weld, and machine parts as needed




Lead apprentices and provide direction when required
Requirements: At least one year of Millwright experience
Millwright licensing is preferred
Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and drives is an asset
Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn Lean Manufacturing
Solid prioritization, time management, and collaboration skills
Apply industrial machinery maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance skills as an Industrial Millwright supporting reliable equipment performance.
