As a Commercial Insurance Advisor, you will promote and educate clients on insurance products while owning client relationships. You will support growth in the local community through recommendations, advocacy, and retention-focused service. Key Responsibilities: Promote and educate clients about insurance products
Own and strengthen commercial client relationships
Uncover business challenges and identify client needs
Provide recommendations as a client advocate
Apply basic underwriting principles to insurance needs
Requirements: Two to five years of commercial insurance experience
Level 2 insurance broker license or pursuing CAIB or CIP
Track record of achieving sales targets
Authentic client relationship-building skills
Strong prioritization, confidentiality, and discretion
