This Planner supports Mammoet’s Operations team in a unionized work environment. The position coordinates vehicles, operators, crews, and project equipment. It uses SAP for planning, tracking, timesheets, and crane work orders. Strong organization and communication support daily operational planning.
Key Responsibilities: Plan personnel and equipment in applicable systems
Schedule vehicles, operators, and crews
Coordinate planning with clients, supervisors, and project teams
Use SAP to track manpower and equipment
Prepare daily operations reports and utilization records
Requirements: High school diploma
Minimum three years of crane dispatch experience
Robust computer and administrative skills
Comfort with high-pressure, short-lead-time environments
Strong communication and detail-oriented abilities
