This R&D; Specialty Fats and Cream Technician role suits someone with a few years’ relevant experience. You will prepare samples, analyse results, maintain documentation, and support technical improvements. Work alongside R&D;, Quality, Operations, and experienced technologists.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct laboratory testing across specialty fats and cream
Run product trials and technical assessments
Analyse results and maintain accurate laboratory documentation
Prepare samples for development and troubleshooting
Collaborate with R&D;, Quality, and Operations
Requirements: Two or more years’ relevant technical experience
Experience in dairy, fats, oils, food, or quality
Robust analytical skills and attention to detail
Microsoft Office proficiency and willingness to learn
New Zealand working rights and current driver’s licence
Build specialist R&D; expertise through laboratory testing, product trials, and technical support for specialty fats and cream.
