Home Care Registered Nurses provide client-centered care in Vermilion, Alberta, using assessment and critical-thinking skills. This is a regular full time position requiring independent community practice.
As an RN with Assisted Living Alberta, you will support clients, families, and communities through safe, quality nursing care. The work includes care planning, medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, education, and collaboration. You will also advocate for patients while supporting independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver client-centered nursing care in home settings
Complete assessments, care plans, and evaluations
Administer medications, wound care, and IV therapy
Collaborate with physicians, professionals,



clients, and families
Maintain documentation and follow privacy and safety policies
Requirements: Complete an accredited nursing education program
Hold active or eligible CRNA registration and practice permit
Maintain Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
Demonstrate clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Hold a driver's license and required vehicle
Bring nursing assessment, community care, and patient education skills to Assisted Living Alberta’s Home Care team.
