Saputo Dairy Products Edmonton Plant seeks an enthusiastic Millwright with manufacturing experience for its maintenance team. The position involves installing and maintaining facility mechanical systems on a 12-hour rotating schedule. You will interpret technical drawings, perform repairs, complete preventative maintenance, and support safe production processes.
Key Responsibilities: Install and maintain mechanical systems throughout the facility
Troubleshoot conveyors, packaging lines, motors, and gearboxes
Repair homogenizers, heat exchangers, and process equipment




Complete preventative maintenance and accurate service records
Communicate with plant personnel about safe production processes
Requirements: Millwright or Journeyman Certificate required
Three years’ food processing experience considered an asset
Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
UNIFOR Local 445 membership or membership within 30 days
Apply mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability skills as a Millwright supporting Saputo’s Edmonton production facility.
