Support RBC PH&N; Investment Counsel operations in Northeast Ontario through communications, technology coordination, and business administration. This full-time position is based in Vaughan.
The Regional Coordinator provides operational and business support to the regional team and Managing Director. Responsibilities span regional communications, premise coordination, event planning, compliance reporting, marketing support, and administrative services. The position also supports Investment Counsellors and their teams with market-specific opportunities involving clients and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities: Lead regional marketing, website management, presentations, and reporting
Coordinate newsletters, regional calls, employee offsites, and communications
Organize conferences, client events, speakers, venues, and logistics




Coordinate meetings, technology troubleshooting, premises, and onboarding
Prepare supervision reports, expense reviews, travel, and schedules
Requirements: University degree or post-secondary diploma
Two to three years’ professional office experience
Solid Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization, prioritization, multitasking, and event coordination skills
Bring operational coordination, communication, event planning, and Microsoft Office expertise to RBC PH&N; Investment Counsel’s regional team.
