Lead month-end close and account reconciliations as a Financial Analyst supporting accurate reporting and well-supported financial records. Use general ledger expertise and advanced Excel skills.
The Financial Analyst performs close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This position owns assigned accounting processes and financial statement accounts while resolving issues within reporting timelines. Support also includes budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and capital expenditures.
Key Responsibilities: Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
Prepare journal entries and general ledger reconciliations
Investigate reconciling items and resolve discrepancies promptly
Prepare schedules supporting financial reporting




Maintain accurate account documentation and financial records
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
Minimum three years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience
Experience with general ledger accounting and month-end close
Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience
Solid attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
Apply financial reporting, reconciliation, journal entry, and Excel expertise across close activities and accurate financial record maintenance.
