This permanent, full-time position assists the Store Manager with daily store management. You will support sales, profit, margin, shrink, labour, merchandising, staffing, and customer experience goals. The role operates within company policy, government legislation, and collective agreements.
Key Responsibilities: Support weekly, period, and fiscal store goals
Implement merchandising programs and operational processes
Order and display merchandise using company planograms
Hire, train, direct, and develop customer-focused staff
Maintain health and safety standards throughout the store
Requirements: College or university education
Three to five years progressive retail management experience
Grocery management experience preferred
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills
