Support French immersion students at École Sacré Coeur using fluent French and English communication, with temporary part time hours of 16.25 weekly.
This Educational Assistant supports students with mild to severe needs across communication, learning, emotional, behavioural, physical, medical, hearing, and vision areas. The position assists with Individual Program Plans, positive behavioural supports, social skills, emotional regulation, and assistive communication technology. Duties begin as soon as possible and continue until June 29, 2027.
Key Responsibilities: Assist students with mild to severe needs
Help implement student Individual Program Plans
Apply positive, proactive behavioural interventions




Model social skills and emotional regulation
Support Google Apps and communication technology
Requirements: Education Assistant Program or equivalent post-secondary training
Fluent verbal and written French and English
Experience implementing positive behavioural supports
Ability to lift and toilet students as required
Autism spectrum experience preferred
Bring bilingual communication, student support, and behavioural intervention experience to École Sacré Coeur’s French immersion learning community.
