Monitor fleet activity and coordinate driver information as a City Dispatcher with Bison Transport. Maintain accurate updates and timely daily communication.
This contract position supports day-to-day activity within an assigned region, with possible extension based on business needs and individual performance. You will manage driver communications, reporting, and issue resolution while serving Company and customer requirements. The Monday to Friday shift runs from 09:00 to 18:00.
Key Responsibilities: Transmit and receive information for drivers and cartage companies
Monitor fleet activity within the assigned region
Handle satellite messages and telephone calls
Report and document situations requiring review or action




Resolve daily issues involving drivers and the Company
Requirements: Dispatch experience is considered a strong asset
Supply Chain Management or relevant Business education
Dedicated customer service experience in a similar workplace
Strong organization, communication, and timeliness
Attention to detail, problem solving, and planning abilities
Bring transportation communication, fleet monitoring, and problem-solving abilities to Bison Transport's assigned-region dispatch operations.
