This hands-on Maintenance Technician role supports a growing, family-oriented food processing, packaging, and distribution operation. You will maintain packaging lines, conveyors, washers, graders, sorters, scales, refrigeration, and building systems. The position also leads preventative maintenance, supports production teams, and follows food safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment breakdowns
Repair packaging, processing, conveying, washing, and sorting equipment
Lead preventative maintenance schedules, inspections, and component replacements
Maintain refrigeration, HVAC, compressed air, lighting,



and infrastructure
Coordinate contractors and support audits, sanitation, and corrective actions
Requirements: Three or more years of industrial maintenance experience
Mechanical aptitude and industrial electrical systems knowledge
Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics
Preventative maintenance planning experience; CMMS experience is an asset
Millwright, Electrician, Industrial Mechanic, or Electromechanical certification preferred
Use industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance expertise to support protected, dependable food production in Shelburne, Ontario.
