Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, this coordinator works with Logistics and Sales teams. The position supports JQI's quality system, regulatory requirements, supplier assurance, product documentation, and customer complaint resolution. It requires at least five years of food manufacturing quality assurance experience.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and audit procedures supporting JQI's quality system
Audit manufacturing facilities and assess supplier risks
Manage supplier compliance and customer documentation platforms
Review labels, product specifications,



and certificates of analysis
Investigate complaints and follow up on supplier RCA and CAPAs
Requirements: Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
Minimum five years' food manufacturing quality assurance experience
PCQI or Quality System Internal Auditor certification
HACCP or GFSI implementation and auditing experience
Microsoft Office, pivot tables, and statistical charts knowledge
