The Assistant Production Manager supports programs, concerts, and events through production planning and delivery. You will coordinate staff, facilities, equipment, schedules, and requests while working with performers, faculty, technical direction, and production departments. The position also supports staging, safety, and facility readiness.
Key Responsibilities: Provide resource input for programs, concerts, and events
Coordinate production requests with performers and departments
Develop effective methods and accurate production costings
Assist with schedules and event planning stages




Stage-manage smaller events and execute performance cues
Requirements: Minimum five years of production or stage management experience
University degree in technical theatre, music, or audio production
Technical skills in theatre staging, lighting, sound, audio, and video
Strong planning, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Availability for flexible, irregular schedules and weekends
