This Personal Support Worker supports CareKW clients through individualized care plans, daily living assistance, and respectful communication. The position focuses on safety, comfort, independence, and overall well-being. You will work across home and community settings while following CareKW policies, procedures, and health requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
Assist mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation safely
Support daily living while encouraging client independence
Prepare meals and assist with feeding and hydration




Document care and report condition changes promptly
Requirements: Compassionate, dependable, and client-focused approach
Ability to follow individualized care plans
Knowledge of safe lifting and infection control practices
Respect for privacy, dignity, confidentiality, and individual rights
Qualified communication with clients, families, and care teams
Bring personal care, mobility assistance, documentation, and compassionate communication to CareKW’s home and community care team.
