Just great recruiting. Receive role briefs and attack them immediately across multiple industries and functions Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Boolean searches, and our 30-year candidate database Conduct structured, in-depth candidate interviews and make strong quality judgments Build tight shortlists our senior recruiters can take straight to clients Log every candidate, note, and stage update in Loxo in real time,



same day Minimum 4 years full-cycle agency recruiting experience Genuinely strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills, boolean, projects, InMail strategy, real response rates Systems-disciplined, everything in the ATS the same day, no exceptions Based in Metro Vancouver, Port Moody, Coquitlam, or Tri-Cities area preferred Primarily in office No account management.

Active pipeline from day one: Real searches, real clients, no cold start. You will be busy immediately. High-performance culture: Strong standards, personal accountability, and real opportunities for people who perform. 60,000 to $95,000 (salary + commission performance bonus tied to shortlist quality and fill rate) This is a sourcing and delivery-focused role, not a business development position.
