Description OVERVIEW: Based at the Company's Head Office in Maxville, the focus of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, in person and on the telephone, and to work with the Dispatcher to coordinate deliveries and dispatch drivers and trucks. Additionally, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) processes payments, generates invoices for customers, and responds to customer and driver inquiries. This role is full time permanent working from Monday to Friday each week. RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate individuals, and effectively communicate with customers in person and over the phone to address inquiries, provide information, and ensure exceptional customer service.
