Universal Flooring Systems Ltd. needs a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator for commercial flooring projects across Western Canada. You will manage purchasing, receiving, warehouse inventory, and site delivery from contract award through closeout. The work includes supplier selection, pricing, ordering, and accurate system maintenance. Project Managers rely on your counts and timing to prevent shortages.
Key Responsibilities: Issue purchase orders and verify confirmations line by line
Select sundry products and suppliers using price and availability
Negotiate pricing and combine orders across projects




Receive warehouse materials and maintain precise locations
Coordinate pick tickets, transport, and scheduled site deliveries
Requirements: Two or more years in purchasing, procurement, materials, or logistics
Construction or flooring experience is ideal
Comfort with square feet, linear feet, and square yards
Ability to prioritize simultaneous same-day project needs calmly
Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, or construction software
