Key Responsibilities: Maintain Store Standards across sales floor and backroom
Improve product flow from backroom to sales floor
Support labour scheduling through Work Force Management
Ensure adequate staffing levels for business operations
Support hiring for departments excluding Pharmacy
Requirements: Previous retail management experience
Effective organization, planning, and time management skills
Solid judgment and decision-making abilities
Leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Business and financial acumen
Support Shoppers Drug Mart operations through product flow, staffing, Store Standards, leadership, and sound business judgment.
