Commission, repair, and maintain power equipment as an Electrical Field Services Technician or Technologist with Magna IV Engineering in Calgary. Travel is 75%.
This full time, non-exempt role supports project teams working across commercial, utility, manufacturing, mining, pipeline, and oil and gas environments. You will work on low-, medium-, and high-voltage systems while delivering client-focused field services. The position includes primary and secondary equipment, test equipment, reporting, and safety processes.
Key Responsibilities: Commission, repair, and maintain primary and secondary power equipment
Work safely on low-, medium-, and high-voltage systems
Use brands of testing and troubleshooting equipment confidently
Complete technical reports and follow up with clients




Identify and implement process improvements
Requirements: Electrical degree, PSE, or electrical engineering technology diploma
Two years commissioning, testing, or maintaining power delivery equipment
Knowledge of commercial, industrial, and utility environments
Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office proficiency
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently
Apply electrical field expertise, equipment testing, commissioning, and client service skills across Magna IV Engineering projects.
