Key Responsibilities: Coordinate driver schedules and maintain consistent communication
Verify customer orders in TMW and schedule loads
Dispatch loads with assignments, routes, and shift plans
Confirm deliveries, update systems, and escalate issues
Monitor safety, incidents, and performance metrics overnight
Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Two or more years in transportation or logistics
Dispatch experience is a robust asset
Knowledge of ELD systems and TMW software
Microsoft Office proficiency and strong organization
Support Seaboard Transport’s night operations through dispatch coordination, TMW updates, driver communication, and organized problem-solving.
