The work includes QuickBooks Online, invoice-approval software, vendor accounts, credit cards, banks, and intercompany reconciliations. You will also support month-end close, audits, reports, and process implementation.
Key Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices across multiple legal entities
Own aged accounts payable reporting and weekly payment runs
Maintain vendor records and complete account reconciliations
Complete credit card, bank, and intercompany reconciliations

Requirements: Three or more years in accounts payable or transactional accounting
Experience with account and vendor reconciliations
Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or related field
QuickBooks Online and AP automation experience is an asset
Solid Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail
