Lead field crews for Spectrum Resource Group while managing OH&S; compliance, environmental standards, and daily vegetation management operations across Canada.
As Crew Supervisor, you will support project delivery for Spectrum Resource Group, a Wright Canada Holdings business unit. The position combines crew supervision, safety oversight, data quality assurance, client communication, training, and administrative tracking. You will work with crews onsite daily, with at least 80% of the role field based.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare crew work plans and support daily site operations
Enforce OH&S;, environmental, and company policy compliance
Coordinate training, hiring support, and personnel requirements
Review payroll, expenses, tracking, and client invoicing
Maintain communication with crews, clients, and project managers
Requirements: Occupational First Aid Level 3 certification
Danger Tree Assessor and Faller Supervisor credentials
Valid First-Aid and CPR cards
Ability to wear PPE and work in all weather
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Bring field leadership, safety knowledge, and vegetation management coordination skills to Spectrum Resource Group’s crews and clients.
