The Municipality of North Perth seeks an experienced Utility Foreperson for its Environmental Services team. You will supervise and participate in water distribution, wastewater treatment, collection operations, and maintenance. The position also supports productive utility activities and regulatory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily water and wastewater system operations
Maintain and repair water supply infrastructure
Maintain wastewater treatment and collection systems
Act as Overall Responsible Operator when directed
Represent Water operations under DWQMS requirements
Requirements: Related post-secondary education
Required Class 3 and Class 2 licenses
Five years of related professional experience
Ability to supervise teams and understand safety responsibilities
Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
Apply water distribution, wastewater treatment, supervision, and regulatory knowledge to essential municipal services throughout North Perth.
