Lead shuttle operations at Billy Bishop Airport through safety-focused supervision, driver coordination, and dependable service delivery. This role supports frontline teams and passenger experience.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Supervisor connects employees, management, clients, and support departments. You will monitor service levels, review key performance indicators, manage schedules, and address operational challenges. The position also supports payroll, onboarding, employee engagement, and continuity of service.
Key Responsibilities: Lead staff and promote a strong operational safety culture
Monitor schedules, service levels, incidents, and operational challenges
Coordinate logistics across Transit Division support teams




Maintain timesheets and enter payroll accurately
Coordinate driver onboarding and orientation processes
Requirements: College diploma or equivalent experience
Two years' similar experience preferred
Safety-focused approach with robust communication skills
Valid B or C licence preferred
Clean driver's abstract and vulnerable sector screening
Bring shuttle supervision, safety leadership, and customer service experience to Voyago's Billy Bishop Airport operation.
