Lead hands-on equipment reliability in Etobicoke, ON, using preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to support Pivotal Integrated Solutions’ food manufacturing operation.
Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, this Project Engineer provides technical leadership and supervision. The work covers electronic and mechanical equipment, continuous improvement, and problem resolution. You will support a continuous 24/7 plant manufacturing operation.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute preventative maintenance programs
Improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and functionality
Lead continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principles
Manage capital project scope, costs, and milestones
Coach shift mechanics across their work
Requirements: Two to four years of maintenance experience
Previous experience in a similar industry or organization
Experience with packing and manufacturing machinery
Successful management of multiple projects meeting quality, timeline, and budget objectives
Valuable communication skills and initiative
Apply engineering expertise, maintenance leadership, and troubleshooting skills to strengthen food manufacturing equipment performance in Etobicoke.
