You will build customer relationships through financial reviews, portfolio updates, investment options, credit solutions, and accurate guidance. Your advice helps customers make informed decisions while supporting loyalty and investment returns.
Key Responsibilities: Advise customers on investment and credit banking solutions
Ask financial questions to deepen customer relationships
Provide personalized advice and address customer concerns
Discuss portfolio updates and suggest suitable solutions
Support frontline staff with customer problems
Requirements: High school diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Completion of IFIC or equivalent certification
CFSA completion within twelve months if hired
Knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes
Proficiency with MS Office and internet applications
Bring investment knowledge, financial planning advice, and customer relationship skills to TD Canada Trust’s Three Hills branch.
