This LPN or RN position provides personalized private duty nursing for children in their homes. Nurses administer medications, monitor conditions, perform physician-ordered treatments, and educate families. The role includes collaboration with the Phoenix clinical team, ongoing guidance, and support while caring for one patient at a time.

Requirements: Active Illinois RN or LPN license
