You will help protect order accuracy, personal information, payments, and service expectations while supporting associates.
Key Responsibilities: Support daily main office and after-sales service operations
Resolve customer concerns and escalated issues professionally
Coordinate parts, repairs, returns, and damaged products
Support associate training, coaching, scheduling, and development




Act as department contact during manager absences
Requirements: Supervisory customer service or administration experience
Robust leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to train, coach, and develop associates
Excellent organization and time-management abilities
Computer and office application proficiency
