Position: Territory Manager - Injectables

Location: Vancouver

Compensation : $65,000 base salary with a projected first year OTE of approx $120,000 plus car allowance, travel expenses, entertainment budget, laptop, phone

About the Company We are a leading European medical injectables brand, recognized globally for innovation, product quality, and clinical excellence within the aesthetic injectable market.

With a growing footprint in Canada, we are expanding our commercial team and seeking a driven Territory Manager to develop and grow the province of Ontario.

The Role This is a field-based, business development-focused position responsible for driving territory growth across the medical aesthetics market.

You will expand the footprint of a premium portfolio of dermal fillers, skin boosters, and injectable solutions, building strong relationships with aesthetic physicians, nurse injectors, and clinic owners.

We are seeking a proactive, hunter-style sales professional who thrives on opening new accounts and developing high-potential territories.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and grow the Ontario territory, in tandem with the senior sales team.




- Drive new business acquisition within aesthetic clinics and medical practices.
- Open a minimum of 3 new accounts per month.
- Build long-term partnerships with HCPs and clinic owners.
- Promote and sell the full injectables portfolio.
- Deliver against monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain strong territory planning and reporting discipline.
- Represent the brand professionally within the aesthetics community.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Proven track record in business development and opening recent accounts
- Hunter mentality with a results-driven mindset

- Fluent in English

- Mandarin highly desirable
- Covering all of Ontario, 50% overnight travel
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Professional presence when engaging with physicians and clinic owners
