Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Bilingual Account Processing Officer to join their team. As a Bilingual Account Processing Officer, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of accountability, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Position Title: Senior Account Processing Officer

Location: Downtown Montreal, QC

Hourly Rate: $26.00 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

What will you do?

- Follow up on mortgage loan applications.
- Generate and validate mortgage instructions.
- Provide professional, prompt, and efficient service in response to branch client inquiries.
- Disburse funds for mortgage loan applications.
- Validate documents received from lawyers and notaries.
- Respond to emails and faxes related to mortgage loan applications.

What skills are required?

- Fluency in both English and French.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Experience handling complex financial transactions is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
