Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. We have an immediate opening for a Class 1 driver to operate our float and heavy wreckers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional roadside assistance and towing services to customers in need. This role requires a robust commitment to customer service, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate towing equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to towing requests and emergency situations.
- Safely operate tow trucks and other towing equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting stranded motorists with professionalism and empathy.
- Perform vehicle inspections before and after towing to ensure safe transport.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues on-site when possible.
- Maintain accurate records of services rendered,



including details of the vehicles towed and any incidents that occur during the process.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies while on the road.
- Assist in loading and unloading vehicles using appropriate techniques and equipment, including forklifts when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members.

Qualifications

- Valid drivers license , class 5 with air brake endorsement, class 3 or class 1
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
