Your judgment, agility, and ability to see the big picture will have a direct impact on our ability to deliver to our customers and support our growth.In this position, you will have the opportunity to :Develop and maintain the production plan for finished and semi-finished products by balancing customer needs, equipment capacity, workforce availability, materials, and inventory levelsAnticipate production needs and constraints to establish planning strategies that optimize capacity, smooth out production,



and provide clear visibility to the various teamsEstablish and adjust production priorities in collaboration with customer service and operations to meet our customer commitments and respond effectively to changesPlan operations while taking into account capacity constraints, shared peripheral equipment, setup times, critical resources, and scheduled maintenance shutdownsWork closely with procurement, production, and engineering to incorporate their realities and constraints into the production plan, particularly for products under developmentMonitor the plan's progress daily, analyze variances, and promptly communicate potential impacts on production schedules and delivery times while proposing alternative scenariosEnsure the reliability of data and planning parameters in the manufacturing system, analyze MRP messages, and liaise with stakeholders as neededAnalyze performance metrics, explain variances, and help implement corrective actions and improvements to optimize planning and operational performanceReady to play a key role?
