Title : Vice President, Marketing & Leasing

Location: Vancouver / Kelowna, BC

UBC Properties Trust is seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President, Marketing & Leasing to lead marketing, branding, communications, and leasing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead portfolio-wide marketing and leasing strategy
- Drive occupancy, leasing revenue, and resident retention
- Oversee residential and commercial leasing programs
- Partner with development, asset management, and executive leadership teams
- Guide brand positioning, communications, and community engagement
- Manage budgets, agencies, leasing partners, and high-performing teams
- Present strategy and performance updates to senior leadership

Qualifications:

- 15+ years of marketing and leasing experience




- 5+ years in a senior leadership or executive role
- Real estate, property management, or development industry experience
- Solid residential and/or commercial leasing expertise
- Experience with lease-up strategies, rental pricing, and tenant retention
- Proven stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA is an asset)
