Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee the preparation and delivery of financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to support informed decision-making by senior leadership.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and multi-year financial planning, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and priorities.

Financial Performance Management: Develop and maintain financial models, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting dashboards to monitor performance and support resource allocation.

Audit & Financial Governance: Coordinate the annual external audit process and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors. Oversee financial reporting and audit-related activities for affiliated entities, as required.

Systems & Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to financial systems, processes, and digital tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the quality of financial information.

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team, strengthening individual capabilities, leadership effectiveness, and overall team performance.
