Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Lead and Forklift Driver to coordinate daily warehouse operations and support safe, accurate movement of goods. This role combines team leadership with active work in receiving, storage, order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping. You’ll work with warehouse, manufacturing, purchasing, customer service, and supply chain teams to keep orders moving and improve processes.

Duties

- Support our WH Manager in all daily tasks, be his backup, and help leading and supporting the warehouse staff, and help maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety.
- Operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and stage materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate receiving, put-away, inventory handling, order picking, packaging, and shipment preparation.
- Monitor order flow and warehouse distribution activities
- Use a warehouse management system to update transactions, track inventory, and review order status.
- Communicate with internal teams and customers to help resolving order, inventory, and delivery issues.
- Promote continuous improvement in workflow, inventory accuracy, and service quality.
- Perform physical work, including standing, walking,



and handling or lifting warehouse materials as required.

Requirements

- Previous warehouse, warehouse distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain experience.
- Forklift operating experience; ability to follow secure operating procedures and workplace safety requirements.
- Supervising experience or demonstrated leadership, team management of min 5 people
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, with a customer service mindset.
- Computer skills and comfort using Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with warehouse management system.
- Experience with order picking, packaging, purchasing
- Ability to perform required physical tasks, including heavy lifting, in accordance with workplace safety practices.
- English proficiency is required for clear communication and accurate work instructions.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
