This full-time Support Worker role coordinates with clinical staff to maintain treatment-program goals. Duties include supporting patients, facilitating meetings, monitoring activities, and recording progress. The position is a casual line requiring flexibility on shifts, including nights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach patients life skills such as making beds and cleaning
- Facilitate therapeutic and community meetings
- Support emotionally dysregulated patients and those outside structure
- Conduct facility rounds and report unusual circumstances
- Maintain progress notes, logbooks, and the white book

Requirements:

- Grade 12 or equivalent diploma
- Recognized Health Care Worker certificate or related experience
- Trauma-informed training or experience is an asset
- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally
- Ability to work night shifts and follow directions
