We are seeking a passionate Wedding & Events Coordinator to join our team, playing a pivotal role in delivering seamless and memorable events that delight our clients and uphold our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate strong client relationships by being a visible and accessible point of contact, proactively addressing their needs.
- Seamlessly manage event logistics from inquiry to execution, including site inspections, accommodation, food & beverage coordination, and timely communication.
- Oversee and finalize contractual agreements for meeting spaces, catering, and special events, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Facilitate effective communication across all resort departments, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of client expectations.
- Provide essential administrative and professional support, acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Enhance the resort's reputation by consistently delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive guest experiences.





Requirements & Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in hotel/resort event and wedding coordination.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills and strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proactive planning capabilities in a dynamic environment.
- Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., Tourism, Hospitality diploma) or equivalent professional experience.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends to be present for events and client meetings.
- Reliable commute to/from Alliston, ON, or willingness to relocate.
- Preferred: Valid Driving Licence.
