We’re looking for full-time and part-time kitchen team members who want to learn, grow, and build a future with us.
As our business continues to grow, we’re excited to meet people who want to be part of that journey—people who take pride in their work, support their teammates, and want to move forward together.
No experience? No problem. We’re happy to train someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine willingness to learn. If you love food and enjoy cooking, we’d love to meet you!
What we’re looking for
- A reliable team player who is eager to learn and grow with us
- A genuine interest in food and cooking
- Willingness to help with food prep, cooking, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized
- Availability to work late shifts until approximately 2 AM, as Alley Pocha operates late into the night
What we offer:
- Full-time and part-time opportunities
- Paid training
- $18–$25/hour after training, with your rate discussed based on skills and performance
- Staff meals provided
- All legally required pay and entitlements
- Opportunities to develop your skills and take on more responsibility as we grow together
Interested? Send us a short introduction, your availability, and any relevant experience. A résumé is welcome, but no kitchen experience is required! Pay: $17.95-$25.00 per hour
