This Human Resources Systems Specialist supports STEMCELL Technologies’ HR team in Vancouver. You will configure, test, and implement Workday functionality while leading requirements gathering, design, deployment, and integrations. The position also covers security, documentation, reporting, training, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and test functionality for assigned HR system modules
- Lead requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment activities
- Manage integrations and downstream impacts across company systems
- Maintain data quality and business process documentation




- Educate stakeholders about enhancements and process improvements

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Five or more years administering, maintaining, and implementing Workday
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
- Experience managing complex system security and end-user setup
- Advanced report-writing capability
